How to make a reservation and our cancellation policy

Making your reservation: 

Our goal is to make it quick for you to make your reservation and come enjoy the Park. Once you have made a reservation for the first time online, the information should offer to autofill.  If this is not happening for you, then you might want to check your browser settings.

Double check that your dates, quantity and dollar amount are correct.  

When applicable, Membership pricing is accessed by using your membership log-in.

Your credit card will be charged when you make the reservation. You are responsible for ALL reservations made on your account. If you choose to make a reservation for another party on your account, please understand that you are responsible for ensuring they sign a liability waiver and for any changes or cancellations for that party's reservation. 

Are Additional Reservations Needed?

If you are staying at the Park overnight, you will need to reserve dry camping (in your tent or rig) or an RV hookup space. 

Any day you ride at the Park requires payment for Arena and Trail Use per horse, or Cross Country Schooling, unless you have a Season Pass or are participating in an event that day. 

Reservations made same-day are not guaranteed.  Please call to confirm availability. All stalls, RVs, and dry camping must be made 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. 

What if I have to Cancel my Reservation? 

All cancellations must be made in writing to reservations@wahorsepark.org. The amount of cancellation fee depends on when it is received:

  • Cancellations received by email at least 3 days before your scheduled arrival date will be refunded in full, less 10% or minimum $15 administration and credit card processing fees.
  • If less than 3 days before your scheduled arrival, a cancellation will incur a 20% administration and processing fee, or $25, whichever is greater. (For example, if you cancel on Thursday before midnight for a reservation starting Friday, you will incur a minimum $25 processing fee deducted from your refund.)
  • No refunds will be issued if canceling the day you are scheduled to arrive.*  

*Note: different policies may apply to organized events such as shows, camps and clinics; please refer to the registration information for these events. The Park reserves the right to modify fees for handling cancellations and changes involving extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
