Welcome to our “New Automated Normal”

Dear Horse Park Friends:

After many months of development, today we’re implementing a variety of important changes to our processes that will improve efficiency, simplify communication and comply with new social distancing practices.  Read below about our special incentive program running until June 30th when you use the online features!  Here’s a summary of what’s new:

Liability Release

  • An easy-to-use automated system will now record and permanently store your digitally-signed liability release (“waiver”).
  • Only one release per adult – each spouse will need to complete and digitally sign their own. One adult can include and sign for their children.
  • By email you’ll immediately receive a copy of your signed release for your records.

Set up Your Own Online Account with Automated Processing for Membership, Facility Use Payment, Donation and Reservations

  • We are moving away from paper forms, cash and checks
  • Everyone is Strongly Encouraged to set up their own account in our customized Shopify app
  • You need to enter the four digit code from the signed waiver document (see above) as part of your account creation.
  • With this new account you will be able to use your cell phone, PC ,Mac or Ipad to complete all the steps in our Master Registration form – and it’s EASY!! You do NOT have to be tech savvy to use this friendly system!
  • You will immediately receive an email receipt for all completed transactions, and you’ll be able to see past transactions when you log into your account.
  • You may be asked to show your email receipt to Park staff who will be tracking usage and payments.

Memberships and Season Passes

  • Membership period is now calendar year (Jan-Dec) rather than rolling 12 months.
  • Special Membership pricing applies to day use fee, stalls, RV hook-ups, extra shavings and dry camping.
  • No cards will be issued; membership tracking is part of the new automated system (see below)
  • New youth membership category
  • Combined season pass member transaction
  • Season Pass will be issued in clear protector sleeve with rear view mirror hanger

Memberships are not transferable!  – benefits only apply to the designated member(s), not to other family, or to friends and companions.


  • Once you set up an account, you will be able to make your own reservations online for stalls and RV hook-ups, and to pay in advance for those and other day use fees.

We hope you’ll take advantage of these new features and processes. It may take a little getting used to, but we think you’ll find it much easier and quicker to complete transactions and receive confirmation.  Let us know what you think, especially if you have suggestions on how to make things even better.
